The cuisine is traditional, using fresh local produce and French meats. So, if you love burgers, entrecôtes and other tartars, you'll be delighted with, for example, the cassolette paysanne followed by the supreme of guinea fowl with cider, potatoes and pommes grenailles, then the poached pear with chocolate siphon and homemade speculoos.
