Remarkable Restaurant
Now more than ever in the race for honors, Mathieu Pérou and his sister Anne-Charlotte are advancing Nantes’ culinary scene along the banks of the Erdre. The beautiful family home grows more welcoming by the day, and while a regatta may sometimes be a one-day race, there’s no doubt that this exceptional team is in it for the long haul—a journey full of promise. People from Nantes and throughout the region are flocking to rediscover what everyone used to call “the Pérou brothers’ place,” which today, through a natural generational shift, has become a canvas for a triumphant new generation. The young chef is shaping the cuisine in his own image and in keeping with the times, deeply rooted in the local terroir, with deep ties to the land of Muscadet, along the rivers and vineyards, and so close to the ocean. A culinary experience orchestrated across four tiers based on the number of courses, ranging from €95 to €160, with a set lunch menu at €55. An extensive wine cellar featuring 350 selections, curated by sommelier Théo Tournadre.
