A convincing neo-bistro above Talensac, which has managed to establish itself in the landscape by breaking codes and adopting a cool attitude to counter service and sharing at low prices. Vegetal, Japanese-influenced and fermented dishes are naturally part of the modern mix, with natural wines adapted to the situation, all brought to life by a young, hard-working team.
