This late 18th-century mill will transport you back in time with its magnificent period architecture, old stone walls, and exposed beams. Perched on a branch of the Seille River, the old grain mill now houses a high-quality inn and an Italian-Burgundian restaurant run by Massimo Donatelli. Guests return for the incredibly indulgent menu, featuring snails in fricassee with garlic cream, Arborio risotto with truffles, pan-seared prawns, Bresse chicken with cream and truffles, and a crispy tuile with mascarpone and amarena cherries.
