Stéphane and Marc Hunot, father and son, have literally fallen for this waterfront establishment, located just 15 minutes from Lorient, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. A cosy, green setting decorated with surfboards in a nod to Breton spots, a terrace overlooking the sea and the boats, and home cooking. Le Moulin Vert's specialty: a whole fish, snacked and then baked with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a beurre blanc sauce. But Chef Hugo Notreami will also enliven your taste buds with an original pulled pork burger. A short but effective menu, prepared with fresh seasonal produce.
