Right in the center of town, where the Restaurant de la Tour was once known, Fabrice Ruffaux and his wife Stéphanie offer good-quality bistronomy in a pretty parquet-floored setting, with a focus on seasonal and local produce: a beef confit cromesquis with the crunch of pancetta, a salmon burger with a dill and polenta cream, a decent apple and chocolate pavé with a praline cream. Interesting wine list, with a fair share of local wines.
