Located on the waterfront, this contemporary restaurant offers the people of Dunkirk a setting and cuisine that are truly out of the ordinary. The €45 set menu is appealing, but the à la carte menu also offers a wide selection to satisfy every craving: thin-crust tart with snails and green asparagus with garlic, monkfish waterzoï, scallops and jumbo shrimp, beef steak, veal jus with mushroom fricassee… Classic desserts, peanut praline bites, chocolate sphere, salted-butter-caramel tiramisu, and a selection of wines from the merchant’s cellar.
