Manon and Charly haven't left each other's side since hotel school! After their studies and experience in gourmet restaurants, the couple opened their own establishment in October 2024, focusing on bistronomic cuisine: "It's good food on the plate, simple, without fuss, in a cosy, warm atmosphere," explains Manon, who is in charge of desserts and the dining room. In the kitchen, Charly likes to please his customers, and offers generous dishes with taste. Everything is homemade by the Chef using fresh, quality local and seasonal produce. Menus or à la carte dishes include excellent foie gras, snail and porcini pie, hind back, pike-perch steak, vegetarian dishes... Wines from all regions of France (nearly 90 references) are served with these refined dishes. The decor, with its warm colors, wood and plants, makes you feel at home in this small 30-seat restaurant. Manon's warm welcome also helps!
