Gault&Millau's review 2026

Marc Favier made a wise choice in taking over this neighborhood bistro, where he can showcase both his talent and his spirit of sharing, grounded in simple values, local ingredients, and tradition. This is evident in iconic dishes such as chicken liver terrine, pissaladière, brandade croquettes, chanterelle mushrooms sautéed in vin jaune, mussels marinière…), all drawn from a long menu of over twenty dishes, including heartier options like the lamb kefta skewer, the lobster roll, or the Normandy T-bone steak with Béarnaise sauce—perfect for sharing. Seasonal desserts and a good selection of classic wines (Abbatucci, Gripa, Les Huards…).
