One of the port's noble references, with sophisticated cuisine for discerning tourists: tempura prawn fritters, foie gras mi-cuit with mango chutney and brioche, linguine with clams, veal chop with olives, skate salad à la bonifacienne and good charcuterie, there are fortunately a few Corsican pigments left in this seaside tableau. Whole fish is €15 per 100g, lobster pasta €28 per 100g, and the Corsican cellar is well stocked.
