And also in the thoughtfulness of its offerings, through a wide-ranging menu where you can choose five dishes for €60—a true feast: roasted asparagus with Parmesan, cashews, and salsa verde; mackerel seared with a blowtorch, smoked garlic, beets, peas, and wasabi sauce; veal tartare vitello tonnato-style with olives and lemon; and tapioca with coconut cream, strawberries, and kiwi coulis—all coming together seamlessly for a perfectly tailored, utterly delightful dining experience.
