Les Flots boasts a particularly pleasant oceanfront location, with a luminous dining room open to the sea. The menu features contemporary cuisine based on seafood and vegetable combinations. Beef tataki with yuzu opens the meal, followed by octopus with black pudding, Belchard apple and cuttlefish velvet with Noilly Prat. Finally, a dessert of poached pear, miso and tonka bean provides a warm, gourmet finish. The wine list features a selection of affordable French wines, as well as a few by the glass.
