Description

Daughter and granddaughter of fishermen, Virginie Heuze didn't choose the name of her restaurant by chance, but as a tribute to her family, originally from Canet-en-Roussillon. The gambine is a creel used for fishing. In her typically Parisian brasserie, with its chic and elegant allure, she and her teams offer traditional family cuisine reinvented with the seasons: beef and fish tartare in summer, stuffed squid, andouillette and offal in winter, dishes are delicately selected from short circuits and cooked according to the rules of Occitan culinary art. A pleasant patio in winter, a pretty brasserie-style terrace adorned with olive trees in summer on the piazza, everything is in place for a delicious moment with friends or family. The place is convivial and the dishes served are divine, with a menu renewed every two months and a new daily menu to delight all your senses. A charming spot just 5 minutes from the seafront and Les voiles blanches beach restaurant, which Virginie has run with her husband Axel for 13 years. A place to follow on social networks: Instagram (@lesgambines) and Facebook (Les-gambines).
