This is a beautiful golf-hotel in a former château, located just a few minutes from Bergerac. The chef, Maxime Ouf, offers elegant seasonal cuisine. At €43.50, you'll love the green asparagus cappuccino, white asparagus chantilly and Périgord ham chips, hake back with lemon butter, creamy cauliflower and spring vegetable fricassee, rack of lamb with garlic jus, cassoulet-style coco beans and roasted asparagus, vanilla and coconut financier duo and mousses.
