Authentic, seasonal cuisine, prepared with sincerity, without copying others or bowing to trends. The restaurant, in a prime location, has plenty of character, and the service flows effortlessly. A limited selection of set menus (€38 for lunch, €45 for dinner), but a more extensive à la carte menu: haddock with potatoes and tangy cream, roast duck in a spice crust with cherries and caramelized shallots, apricot with vanilla ice cream and French toast… A decent wine cellar with solid selections and a by-the-glass option.
