Just a stone’s throw from the Place de la Concorde, guests at the ultra-chic Sofitel Le Faubourg enjoy unwinding after a day of shopping in the Saint-Honoré district in this lounge designed just for them, showcasing the finest in French cuisine by Executive Chef Christophe Chottin: tomato, peach, and burrata salad with spicy tomato coulis; farm-raised chicken paillard with Parmesan, arugula, and meat jus; veal loin with corn gnocchi, sun-dried tomatoes, and creamy meat jus. The menu also features international classics (cheeseburger, croque-monsieur, Caesar salad…) and weekly specials (salmon with fennel and sorrel on Tuesdays).
