Description

Formerly known as "l'Helvetia", the Maison Cellard restaurant has undergone a facelift, in line with owner Quentin's wishes, both in terms of cuisine and ambience. Passionate about food and wine, Quentin wanted to create a semi-gastronomic restaurant in an elegant, refined setting, with a must: a heated, air-conditioned patio. Chef Vincent, formerly second-in-command at Espace PH3 in Vienne, offers recipes created from local, seasonal produce, with original touches such as parsnip purée with vanilla. The lunch menu changes weekly, depending on the availability of fresh produce, and the more elaborate evening and weekend menus change twice a season. When it comes to wines, all the regions of France are represented with a red and a white for each, with more references for those from the Rhône Valley. The establishment also hosts corporate receptions (unique menus, amuse-bouches...) and plans to organize gourmet events and tastings of all kinds.
