Taken over in 2023 by Carole Girault, the 3-star hotel-restaurant has since reopened its restaurant, which is open to both hotel guests and the general public. The kitchen offers a selection of fine hotel cuisine: Camembert cromesquis with apple chunks in cider, a thick-cut cod fillet, chorizo sauce and mashed potatoes, beef bourguignon, French toast, and apple sorbet with salted butter caramel.
