Here, there's nothing like a classic fast-food restaurant: at Maréchal Burger, which opened 7 years ago in Chantilly and 3 years ago in Luzarches, the emphasis is on top-of-the-range, home-made products: "The concept is to make burgers with quality local produce. We give priority to short circuits. Our Charolais meats come from the Hauts de France region, and our bread comes from a baker in Senlis. All our products are fresh and delivered every morning," explains Tom, the cook who runs the two establishments. A la carte or on a menu, a dozen different burgers are offered at affordable prices, starting at €8. Wraps, hot dogs, salads and waffles for dessert complete the menu. All served in a warm atmosphere, with a young team who have a real sense of hospitality.
