This Japanese restaurant—once limited to street food and izakaya fare—has taken things to the next level. Authentic, well-crafted, and precise dishes, along with a great front-of-house team, have raised the bar and elevated the restaurant to a new level with a second chef’s hat and a bold vision: toro akami and cecina, teriyaki-glazed eel, sea bass fillet with ponzu sauce, Kagoshima wagyu entrecôte… The wine cellar is impressive, featuring trendy winemakers (Pabiot, Pacalet, Rijckaert, Abbatucci, Berret…), with selections from all regions, including macerated wines and a few international offerings, as well as a sake list.
