Completely gluten-free Italian cuisine in a simple, lively setting, between a small contemporary trattoria, an artisanal cellar and a sunny terrace. Marta, David and their team work with seasonal, homemade cuisine, paying particular attention to local products and Italian references, in a friendly atmosphere. The short, regularly renewed menu tells the story of its origins. The vitello tonnato offers a fresh, light starter, with tender veal accompanied by a well-balanced tuna sauce. The pasta di primavera, with cream of zucchini and seasonal greens, makes for a generous, vegetal plate, supported by just the right amount of guanciale. The dessert of candied rhubarb, homemade granola and coconut mousse adds a fresh, original finish. Excellent homemade bread too, served with olive oil and fleur de sel. The cellar is a natural accompaniment, with a selection of natural Italian and Loire wines at affordable prices, both by the glass and by the bottle. These include Tuscan references, orange wines and a few well-chosen local vintages.
