Maude and Simon bring this charming Burgundian house in the heart of Santenay to life, where guests are greeted by a refined, tasteful atmosphere and a contemporary cuisine that showcases creative takes on regional traditions. Don’t miss the small quail pie, cod maki, emulsified fish soup, Sardinian fregola served risotto-style, beef cheek cannelloni with red wine sauce, and a Granny Smith apple and kiwi millefeuille.
