Enrique Casarrubias’s dishes never fail to impress diners in this cozy restaurant near the Étoile. A true immersion in the world of the Mexican chef, who is always inspired and fully committed to his creativity, his spot-on pairings, and a form of simplicity that highlights clean, well-defined flavors: asparagus with salsa verde and watercress, octopus with black blood sausage and recado negro, Sucrine pork ribs with wild garlic, and don’t miss the signature dessert: avocado, lime, and mezcal granita.
