Behind the unassuming Pianovins lies a close-knit team working in harmony to offer a truly wonderful two-toque experience—one that’s enjoyable in every respect, from the food to the drinks, the service, and the ambiance. It’s an elegant setting, with a view of a lush backyard, where you can enjoy contemporary market-inspired cuisine. The €75 tasting menu lives up to its promise, featuring confit leeks with a pepper-and-olive condiment and a lentil-and-garlic cream; cauliflower with a lemon-pistachio cream and spiced honey sauce; pollock, cabbage, mussels, carrots, and a saffron and tarragon sauce. Next comes spiced pork with pea purée, roasted apricots, and a zucchini and mint sauce, followed by caramelized peaches, basil foam, and olive oil ice cream.
