A true Cap Ferret institution, the Pinasse Café has always cultivated a chic yet relaxed atmosphere in a prime location at the end of the Bélissaire pier. As the summer season gets underway, the restaurant is reinventing itself and taking a chance on a transformation into a contemporary trattoria. The menu explores modern Italian cuisine, featuring a wide selection of pasta and pizza, complemented by a few thoughtfully reimagined classics of Italian gastronomy. The quality of the ingredients and the generous portions are the hallmarks of this new concept. To stay true to the restaurant’s DNA, certain iconic dishes—such as grilled sole—remain on the menu, along with a wide selection of seafood. The exceptional location, on the shores of the Arcachon Bay, facing the oyster beds and the Dune du Pilat, is an integral part of the experience.
