Of Sicilian origin on his mother's side and Alsatian on his father's, Pierre Loos naturally turned to the creation of pizzas, tartes flambées and rollkitos, after a wealth of experience in French and European restaurants. Alongside his partner Solveig Rinck, he offers 100% homemade dishes, made from fresh, local or Italian produce. His dough, a well-kept secret found nowhere else, develops an exceptional flavor and a unique crispness, sublimating recipes with both family and creative accents. Specialties include Andlau burrata, the house's best-seller, a concentrate of freshness and indulgence, as well as Savoyard alpine and après-ski, generous and comforting. You'll also enjoy the famous tartes flambées, prepared on site in the purest artisanal tradition, with homemade pastry and creamy bibeleskaes (seasoned fromage frais), as well as the Chef's original creation: Rollkitos, designed for Alsace Christmas markets.
