The Prieuré-Roch estate has opened a restaurant at the foot of the vineyards to extend the dining experience in an exceptional setting, right in the heart of the vineyards. With the rows of vines stretching out before you, the atmosphere is breathtaking, and the cuisine perfectly complements the setting. On the menu: duck tataki with cucumber and Asian sauce; bouchot mussels with peas, fava beans, chorizo, and paella sauce; pulled pork-style confit pork belly with mashed potatoes; and a rhubarb crumble with vanilla ice cream.
