Remarkable Restaurant
After five years at the helm of the kitchens, Damien Leveau has proven that his expertise, adaptability, and three chef’s hats are truly something to count on. The kitchen of this magnificent family-run establishment is thus in good hands, and diners enjoy delightful moments with a menu that perfectly complements the venue and its surroundings: mountain chic with a signature style—a spirit that, if not rebellious, is at least distinctive—featuring Morgex trout baked in salt with a citrus sauce, crayfish and tetragone, Lake Geneva féra with fennel and local saffron, Pornic pigeon with plums and basil, blueberries and meadowsweet with faisselle mousse—all part of a beautiful “Call of the Peaks” tasting menu priced at €205. The wine cellar is well-stocked with grand crus and fine Savoyard wines.
