Without making much of a fuss, Maximin Hellio has established himself at the resort over the years. His expertise and his keen insight into the desires and preferences of tourists on the Côte Fleurie make this restaurant the most chic in Deauville. He uses just the right ingredients—local produce and high-quality meats—while avoiding the uncertainties of the fishing industry by relying on reliable favorites he knows how to source, such as spider crab, bluefin tuna, and lobster… Well-crafted menus—particularly the five-course meal for €115—are served in a contemporary setting with a sophisticated atmosphere. And a few signature dishes are available as takeout options.
