Bistro/Brasserie
Gault&Millau's review2026
With the weather holding steady and the ship on a steady course, Le Richer has once again found its stride, embracing the vibe of a neighborhood bistro—a bit less ambitious than in the past, but consistent and reliable. The current menu offers plenty of small plates to nibble on and a limited selection of full-course dishes: sea bream ceviche, pork rillettes, Cantabrian anchovies, and pata negra, followed by grilled sea bass with stuffed zucchini in almond and garlic sauce or beef with parsley, barley, and green asparagus. Desserts are on point (rhubarb, rice pudding, and strawberry-basil sorbet), service is good, and the restaurant is open from early morning for breakfast.
