Spanish cuisine is part of a personal project, born of memories of family recipes, particularly those of an aunt named Rosario. The intention is a simple, contemporary interpretation of Iberian traditions, designed to be shared. In a room that evokes the spirit of today's Spanish taverns, dense and lively, the quick service accompanies the energy of the room. The mussels in escabeche and match fries (€13) arrive at the beginning of the meal with a gourmet touch, without artifice. The tortilla de la Rosario (€9), soft and generous, is well executed. The main courses extend the experience, without trying to be overdone, and the tarta de queso (€8) remains in the same sweet, regressive vein. For drinking, the offer is largely oriented towards Spain, with wines served by the glass (6 to 9 €) from both classic and more confidential regions, complemented by a number of cocktails with Iberian accents, including the Bellota Martini (12 €).
