A fine, traditional restaurant—a celebration of local flavors that goes beyond grandma’s recipes, yet remains firmly rooted in the present with a sophisticated menu that blends a variety of delights: sea bream carpaccio with lime and Espelette pepper, snails, vitello tonnato, haddock fillet with beurre blanc, spaghetti with morels and cream, pike quenelles with lobster sauce… Classic desserts, profiteroles, chocolate mousse, vanilla flan… An excellent wine cellar featuring wines from highly regarded producers (Pellé, Roux, Pierre Jean Villa…).
