This restaurant by Thibault Sombardier, located near the Austerlitz train station, is a perfect complement to his culinary world, offering a charming corner bistro with a terrace on this quiet street. The decor is tasteful—featuring hardwood floors, moldings, and a bookshelf—and the cuisine is simple, traditional, and well-executed. On the menu that day: herring with mustard seeds and steamed potatoes; sea bass fillet with braised spring vegetables; a delicious pork cheek confit with mashed potatoes and Parmesan; and a refreshing strawberry and nectarine salad. A pleasant wine selection.
