A lovely bistro and a second business for Sylvain Renzetti, who is developing a cuisine based on sharing and mood, in a beautiful modern bistro setting. The €25 lunch menu includes a caillette ardéchoise, a filet of low-temperature saithe with potato, spinach, chard, leek and lemon sauce, and a morning bowl of apple, kiwi and espuma skyr. In the evening, the 5-course menu is €62, with more noble products, oysters, gambas, veal picanha with lavender, in equally elaborate preparations.
