Regulars from the last century still make a point of visiting this cozy dining room, where Parisian haute cuisine was born. A touch of nostalgia, but always a delight in this pleasantly old-fashioned atmosphere, featuring expensive yet remarkably crafted classics: traditional vitello tonnato, sea bass carpaccio, veal piccata with lemon sauce, Alfredo tortellini with morel fricassee, linguine with langoustines, Milanese risotto, Grandma’s strawberry tart, Chartreuse soufflé… Attentive, unhurried service, a cellar stocked with fine Italian wines.
