Today, this bistronomic restaurant once again celebrates the warmth of togetherness and the joy of gathering over inventive, gourmet cuisine, crafted by Chef Alexandre Palumbo using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. A must-visit for food lovers, whether indoors or on the terrace, the lunch menu changes weekly and features a sun-kissed selection that showcases the South (Mediterranean fish, Ventoux pork chop), while adding touches from other regions, such as Japanese-style breaded veal chop or Brazilian-inspired seared picanha.
