Alexandre Gauthier’s seafood concept is, like everything else he does, a resounding success, capturing the very essence of fine coastal dining. The food is simple and fresh, featuring dishes that bring people together and are superbly executed, resulting in a generous dining experience on the shores of the English Channel. On the menu: tuna belly, quick-steamed cockles in sherry, clams in calvados, smoked haddock fish & chips, wood-fired grilled scorpionfish, Liège-style chocolate… Excellent service.
