Remarkable Restaurant
Sushi experiences of this caliber are few and far between in Paris, so enthusiasts return regularly—when they can snag one of the eight seats at the counter—to this establishment, which is clearly for connoisseurs and exudes a distinctly Japanese sense of discretion. The Omakase menu is €280, with wagyu at €320, and to give you an idea, there are two introductory lunch menus priced at €150 and even €60 on Thursdays and Fridays.
