The world of sushi master Tomoyuki Yoshinaga in a contemporary, minimalist, and Zen-inspired setting, just as you’d expect. On the ground floor, sake tastings are held in an izakaya-style setting (“Omasake”), while the authentic omakase sushi experience takes place on the first floor in this intimate room with about ten seats at the counter, where guests can watch the master at work. The experience (two seatings per evening, at 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.) is rather exclusive, at €330 per seating, and catered to a discerning audience; it’s best to have some experience with the finest dining in Ginza to make a meaningful comparison.
