Remarkable Restaurant
We need to attract enthusiasts to this business park between Metz and Saint-Avold, but Loïc Villemin’s reputation is now well established, and his passion for the product, modern and international techniques that have fueled his imagination, are sure to spark curiosity and desire in this natural setting that also aligns with his aspirations: local ingredients (Ecotable certification), a wealth of personal ideas, and a forward-thinking spirit—everyone in the region wants to learn more. The menus are hidden, the prices fair, and the best value—in terms of both quantity and price—seems to be the “Mon Histoire” at €130, featuring three courses and two desserts. The wine list may seem unnecessary since you don’t know what you’ll be eating, but those who prefer to choose for themselves can select from a fairly extensive selection focused on Alsace and Burgundy.
