Clément Bouvier is a character who leaves his mark—he paints his region as he imagines it: a bit rugged and utterly captivating. In this luxurious cabin, so beautifully recreated, the well-traveled chef—who has worked in America and Asia, at Piège in Paris and Les Meilleur at La Bouitte before returning home—offers his guests a unique journey through the pine forests, in the form of fixed-price menus at two price points: 168 and 208 €. Beautiful dishes artfully presented to reflect the surrounding nature, attentive and collaborative service, and a well-balanced wine list featuring selections from all regions.
