A lively seafood counter brilliantly run by Stéphanie and David Le Quellec, who have a natural knack for seafood and know how to treat it with respect. An almost unconventional spot in the traditionally brasserie-style Ternes neighborhood, offering the chance to enjoy seafood almost in its natural state and original recipes: fresh oysters, aged amberjack in almond milk with ajo blanco, gamberoni carpaccio with ponzu and citrus, followed by poached haddock or “hot vitello tonnato,” and dishes to share like turbotin meunière with whipped seaweed butter and baby spinach.
