At the foot of the old town, Willy-Marc Zorn’s restaurant remains steadfast, weathering the years with serenity and confidence. This fine gourmet restaurant remains affordable; the chef is meticulous, and the dishes are the work of a true master of his craft, showcasing his talents particularly in his €39 menu. For the summer season, highlights include tomato salad, gazpacho, and watermelon with basil, mustard ice cream; monkfish with vegetable balls and spelt, served with a chili-infused sauce; honey-roasted duck breast with a roasted peanut and sesame sauce, served with creamy polenta and olives; or coffee-flavored crème brûlée with mascarpone ice cream.
