The mineral, clay-like nose reveals notes of dried flowers, creating an interesting first impression. The palate is marked by a dominant tension, a real clementine juice. Aromatically, we find white pepper and white fruit delicacies, with a chalky, salivating finish. The whole, relatively well-balanced with excellent drinkability, will be perfect for a Sunday brunch. A simple but pleasant wine.

A. Leconte

A family home in Troissy for six generations, not far from Dormans. Most of the vines are Pinot Meunier, but Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are gradually being added to the 40 plots that make up the 10-hectare vineyard. This richness of soil is exploited in parcel-based cuvées, for which Alexis Leconte, head of production, favors barrel vinification. The estate has been certified organic since 2023.
