A delicious nose that reveals itself after a few minutes' opening. A hint of toast, white and yellow fruits, curry and even candied melon. The bubbles don't pretend; they take up space on the palate and unfold in all their roundness. The aroma is light and fruity, and the mouth leaves an overall sensation of caressing suavity, imbued with Pinot Meunier. On the finish, salinity enhances the taste buds and brings out a welcome freshness. A pleasant, easy and accessible champagne.

A. Leconte

A family home in Troissy for six generations, not far from Dormans. Most of the vines are Pinot Meunier, but Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are gradually being added to the 40 plots that make up the 10-hectare vineyard. This richness of soil is exploited in parcel-based cuvées, for which Alexis Leconte, head of production, favors barrel vinification. The estate has been certified organic since 2023.
