Apple, pear, quince and lychee combine their fresh, gourmand aromas in a nose that's quite elegant, but not very talkative. Hints of menthol and gunflint awaken the nostrils. The present bubbles soften as notes of pear and chalk appear. The finish is pretty and salivating, with a fresh ginger flavour that adds pep.

Alfred Tritant

In business since 1930, this family-run estate of almost 2.71 ha belonged to Jean-Luc Weber-Tritant's maternal grandfather. This harvester-manipulator makes his wines exclusively from his own grapes. Sourced from two Montagne de Reims Grand Cru villages, Bouzy and Ambonnay, they are cultivated with respect for biodiversity, and have been certified organic since the 2023 harvest. Jean-Luc Weber-Tritant also practices eco-grazing in his vineyards with Ouessant sheep. The estate welcomes and organizes numerous visits. A gîte is also available if you wish to extend your stay.
