Its flattering, expressive nose, combining notes of plum, clementine, licorice and eucalyptus, blossoms into aromas of rose jam, honey-roasted pear and hints of chocolate-caramel. Its velvety texture, light but greedy, is energized by fine bubbles and salivating acidity. It imposes a form of wisdom while retaining tension, culminating in a finish of light hazelnut bitters, with a return to white fruit and licorice. A lovely wine for the aperitif.

Alfred Tritant

In business since 1930, this family-run estate of almost 2.71 ha belonged to Jean-Luc Weber-Tritant's maternal grandfather. This harvester-manipulator makes his wines exclusively from his own grapes. Sourced from two Montagne de Reims Grand Cru villages, Bouzy and Ambonnay, they are cultivated with respect for biodiversity, and have been certified organic since the 2023 harvest. Jean-Luc Weber-Tritant also practices eco-grazing in his vineyards with Ouessant sheep. The estate welcomes and organizes numerous visits. A gîte is also available if you wish to extend your stay.
