This cuvée is made up of wines from a perpetual reserve developed since 2013. The palate is powerful and lively, with notes of fruit brandy and citrus. Saline minerality and chalky chewiness tantalize the taste buds. Best served with andouillette with cream and onions.

André Fays

The 5-hectare estate, located on the slopes of the Ource valley, was established in 1973. In the 1920s, it was home to Aube's leading wine merchant. The vines are planted on clay-limestone soil, a guarantee of finesse and freshness for the wines. In 2021, the estate won the gold medal at the world rosé competition. It produces single-cell Chardonnay cuvées, a perpetual reserve of Pinot Noir initiated in 2013, and a 100% Pinot Blanc cuvée. Independent, the house vinifies only its own grapes. Production is unfortunately limited, but the value for money is very attractive, and the estate is happy to welcome you by appointment.
