Majority Pinot Meunier for this raspberry-tinged rosé. The nose is particularly fruity, with flavors of apple, blackcurrant and red fruit (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant), followed by a fruity, easy-to-digest palate. Well punctuated by a touch of Chardonnay for balance and tension, this rosé remains above all an easy fruity pleasure, with a citrusy finish. Enjoy with a strawberry and basil salad.

The estate which covers just over 4 hectares, is located in the heart of the Marne Valley. In 2018, she won the Trophée Jeunes Talents de Champagne with the Champagne rosé “Irresistible Angel”.
