Sweet floral and white fruit notes make up a fresh, tender nose, before yellow fruit and hints of fresh grass, mint and chervil add a further touch of freshness. The palate is far more invigorating, with a springtime mountain torrent feel that's almost sharp, but without the lemony edge that could be off-putting. A good balance between the white peach sweetness of the nose and the tension of the palate, keeping it fresh and ready for the next sip. A wine that doesn't flatter, but plays on tension and uprightness.

The estate which covers just over 4 hectares, is located in the heart of the Marne Valley. In 2018, she won the Trophée Jeunes Talents de Champagne with the Champagne rosé “Irresistible Angel”.
